‘Tears I Cried’

Tears-I-Cried

Hand-cut paper

Reads:

‘Tears that I cried over you. I thought that you didn’t like me. I honestly believed that you didn’t care for me.’

‘Tears I cried when I heard those children sing so beautifully. This tear was wasted on you. Tears I cried when I heard those children sing so beautifully. I cried a sea, a river, an ocean. Over the years we must have cried every type of tear. Tears of joy. Cold jealous tears. Hot tears of fury. But they were all good. Every singe one, little drops of you and me.’
